Telephony Integration

Click to dial and inbound call popup integration is available with both conventional and VOIP telephone systems such as Asterisk.

Auto retrieve the fax information from the Business System, user can send the fax directly from the Business system with any fax server such as Hylafax for linux platform or Faxmaker for Windows platform.

Timesheets

The module simply shares the account module with Business Solution - all project information is maintained within the timesheet application. With alternative time tracking application that allows time to be tracked against any AdaCRM record (Accounts,Opportunities,Cases,Projects,Bugs).

Web Site Integration

Most organizations have a web site which provides information about their business. While this provides useful information for your customers and prospects, most web sites don't encourage two-way communication. A simple way of generating leads from your web site, is to provide some content of value such as a report or white-paper and ask visitors to register before they can download the report. If the report provides real value, then most customers won't mind providing their details in return.

Our AdaCRM system provides the ability to automatically generate a sales lead when a person registers to download a resource from your web site. By automatically generating the lead record can assist a sales rep to quickly make contact with the prospective customer while they are still interested in the subject.

Customer self-service facilities are available through a plugin to the Mambo content management system. This plugin allows users to edit their contact details and log and review support cases.

Surveys

Regular satisfaction surveys can be used to maintain contact and keep your organization top of mind of your customers. While the results of a customer satisfaction survey will hopefully be useful, the act of asking your customers about their level of satisfaction suggests that you are interested in their opinion and value their business. With careful design and wording, a customer satisfaction survey can also be used for market research and even lead generation. "Did you know that we also provided the following products...?? "Would you like to receive more information about ...?? Use the data collected in the CRM system to target your customer satisfaction surveys. For instance, the best time to survey your customers might be within 6 weeks of them buying your product or service. The web based survey tools available from Visasoft integrate with the campaign module in AdaCRM to actively track customer responses down to an individual level.
